Imagination Village Rules

Our Imagination Village is a place for children to dream, create and play together.

To help keep the village safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone, please read and follow these rules during your visit.

Adult Supervision

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Parents and carers remain responsible for the safety, behaviour and supervision of the children in their care during public imagination play sessions.

Socks Must Be Worn

Socks must be worn in the Imagination Village at all times.

This helps keep the play area clean, hygienic and safe for everyone.

Be Kind and Respectful

Please be kind, friendly and respectful to other children, families and staff.

Children should use kind words, gentle hands and respectful behaviour while playing.

Share and Take Turns

Please share toys, props and resources fairly.

Everyone should have a chance to play, explore and use the different areas of the village.

One Family in Each Area

To help keep the Imagination Village comfortable and safe, please allow one family or group in each play area at a time where space is limited.

Please wait your turn if an area is already being used.

No Food or Drink in the Imagination Village

Food and drink must not be taken into the Imagination Village.

Food and drink should only be consumed in the café and seating areas.

Look After Our Village

Please help us look after the toys, props, furniture and play areas.

Children should use the resources carefully, keep the village tidy and put things away when they have finished playing.

No Running, Rough Play or Unsafe Climbing

Please do not run, push, fight, climb on furniture or play roughly.

The Imagination Village should be used safely and respectfully so everyone can enjoy their time.

No Shouting or Disruptive Behaviour

Please keep noise and behaviour at a reasonable level so all children can enjoy their play.

Loud shouting, disruptive behaviour or unsafe play may upset other children, especially during calmer or sensory-aware sessions.

Ask for Help

If you need help, are unsure about anything or notice a problem, please speak to a member of our team.

Restricted Areas

Please do not enter staff-only areas, closed areas or areas marked as out of bounds.

If an area is closed for cleaning, maintenance, safety or private use, please follow staff instructions.
