Soft Play Rules

To help keep Giggle Wiggle & Grow safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone, please read and follow our soft play rules before your visit.

Adult Supervision

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Parents and carers remain responsible for the safety, behaviour and supervision of the children in their care during public soft play sessions.

Socks Must Be Worn

Socks must be worn in the soft play areas at all times.

This helps keep the play equipment clean, hygienic and safe for everyone.

No Food or Drink in the Play Areas

Food and drink must not be taken onto the soft play equipment or into the play areas.

Food and drink should only be consumed in the café and seating areas.

Be Kind and Respectful

Please be kind to other children, families and staff.

Children should respect the play equipment, take turns and play safely around others.

One Child at a Time

Please take turns on slides, steps, tunnels and play equipment.

Only one child should use certain equipment at a time where this is needed for safety.

No Running, Rough Play or Unsafe Climbing

Please do not run, push, fight, play roughly or climb on the outside of the equipment.

Children must use the play equipment safely and as intended.

No Shouting or Disruptive Behaviour

Please keep noise and behaviour at a reasonable level so everyone can enjoy their visit.

Aggressive, unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

No Toys from Home in the Soft Play Area

Please do not bring toys from home into the soft play areas.

This helps avoid lost items, damage, disagreements between children and safety risks.

Restricted Areas

Please do not enter staff-only areas, closed areas or areas marked as out of bounds.

If an area is closed for cleaning, maintenance, safety or private use, please follow staff instructions.

Report Accidents or Concerns

Please report any accidents, injuries, spillages, damage or safety concerns to a member of staff as soon as possible.

This helps us respond quickly and keep the venue safe for everyone.
