Terms & Conditions
Last updated 07 July 2026
Welcome to Giggle Wiggle & Grow, Coleshill’s imagination soft play café. We aim to provide a safe, clean, friendly and enjoyable environment where children can play, explore and use their imagination while families relax and spend time together.
By entering Giggle Wiggle & Grow, making a booking, attending a session or using our facilities, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to help keep our centre safe, enjoyable and fair for all visitors.
1. General Admission and Bookings
All soft play sessions should be booked through our online booking system, unless otherwise agreed with Giggle Wiggle & Grow.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Please check your chosen date, time and number of children carefully before completing your booking.
Each booking admits the number of children shown on your ticket or booking confirmation. Additional children will need a separate ticket and entry will be subject to availability and capacity.
Admission is subject to availability and venue capacity. We reserve the right to refuse entry where the venue is full, where a booking cannot be verified, or where we believe entry may affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult during public soft play sessions. Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of the children in their care at all times.
2. Session Times and Play Areas
Soft play and imagination play sessions are booked for the time slot shown on your booking confirmation.
Giggle Wiggle & Grow includes different play areas, including the ground floor soft play frame and the imagination village. Access to each area may depend on your booking type, session availability, venue capacity, age suitability and operational requirements.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully so you know which areas are included in your session.
Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult at all times during public soft play sessions. Where children are moving between floors or play areas, parents and carers remain responsible for supervising them safely.
Please arrive on time for your session. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend session times for late arrivals, as we need time between sessions to clean, reset and prepare the centre for the next visitors.
At the end of your session, we ask that you leave the play areas promptly and follow any instructions given by our team.
3. Supervision and Safety
Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult at all times during public soft play sessions.
Parents and carers are responsible for making sure children use the play equipment safely and follow the play rules. This includes making sure children use age-appropriate areas and behave safely around other children.
For everyone’s safety and comfort:
Socks must be worn in the soft play areas at all times.
Shoes must not be worn on the soft play equipment.
Food and drink must not be taken into the soft play areas.
Age-restricted areas must be respected.
The baby and toddler area is strictly for babies and toddlers.
Children should not climb on the outside of equipment or use equipment in an unsafe way.
Rough play, pushing, fighting or unsafe behaviour is not allowed.
Parents and carers should report any accident, concern, damage or unsafe behaviour to a member of staff as soon as possible.
Our team may close, restrict or clean play areas at any time where needed for safety, cleaning, maintenance, private events or operational reasons.
Where the venue has play areas on more than one floor, parents and carers are responsible for making sure children are supervised safely when moving between floors, using stairs and accessing different play areas.
4. Illness and Infection Control
To help protect other children, families and staff, please do not attend Giggle Wiggle & Grow if your child is unwell.
Children must not attend if they have had sickness or diarrhoea within the last 48 hours. Please only return once your child has been clear of sickness and diarrhoea for at least 48 hours.
Please also avoid attending if your child has symptoms of a contagious illness, including but not limited to fever, chickenpox, hand, foot and mouth, impetigo, heavy cold symptoms, unexplained rash or any illness that may easily spread to others.
We encourage all visitors to wash or sanitise hands before and after using the soft play areas, after using the toilet and before eating.
5. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
Soft play bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
If you are unable to attend, we may be able to transfer your booking to another available session, provided you contact us at least 12 hours before the start of your booked session. Booking transfers are subject to availability and venue capacity.
If your child is unable to attend due to sickness or diarrhoea, please contact us before your session begins. Where possible, we will offer a one-time transfer to another available session, subject to availability.
If you do not attend and do not contact us before your session starts, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund or transfer will be offered.
If Giggle Wiggle & Grow has to cancel a session or is unable to provide the service you have booked, we will offer you either a transfer to another available session or a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel, amend or restrict sessions where necessary due to safety, maintenance, staffing, emergency circumstances, private bookings or events outside our control.
6. Food and Drink
Only food and drink purchased from Giggle Wiggle & Grow café may be consumed on the premises, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
No outside food or drink is permitted, with the exception of baby food, children’s essential dietary items, or food required for medical reasons.
Baby food may be brought onto the premises. If you need baby food warming, please speak to a member of staff and we will be happy to help where possible.
Food and drink must remain in the café and seating areas only. Food and drink must not be taken into the soft play areas.
Please inform a member of staff about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before ordering food or drinks. While we take care when preparing and serving food, our kitchen and café handle a range of allergens and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens.
Parents and carers are responsible for supervising children while eating and drinking.
7. Personal Belongings
Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings while at Giggle Wiggle & Grow.
Please keep valuables, bags, coats, shoes and personal items with you or stored safely. Giggle Wiggle & Grow accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, except where this has been caused by our negligence.
Any lost property found on the premises may be kept for a limited period before being disposed of or donated.
8. Parties and Group Bookings
Party and group bookings must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
A deposit is required to secure your party or group booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Party deposits are non-refundable, except where Giggle Wiggle & Grow agrees otherwise at its discretion. We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, and any request to cancel or amend a party booking will be considered fairly and compassionately.
Final numbers and full payment must be received no later than 7 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Adults are charged separately unless otherwise stated in your party package or booking confirmation. Please make sure all adults attending are included when confirming final numbers.
Guests should arrive no more than 15 minutes before the party start time, unless otherwise agreed. Please respect your allocated time slot, as there may be other bookings or events taking place before or after your party.
Parents and carers are responsible for supervising children attending the party, unless otherwise agreed as part of a specific package.
Please tell us about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at least 7 days before your party. This helps us prepare safely and appropriately.
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. However, we require a full ingredients list for any cake brought onto the premises so that we can follow our allergy and food safety procedures.
No other outside food or drink is permitted unless agreed in advance.
Giggle Wiggle & Grow can provide details of local suppliers for cakes, decorations or party extras where available. Any third-party supplier arrangements are the responsibility of the customer unless booked directly through Giggle Wiggle & Grow.
Decorations must be agreed with us in advance. We do not allow anything that may damage the premises, create mess, cause a safety risk or affect other bookings. This may include, but is not limited to, confetti, glitter, smoke effects, open flames or items fixed to walls without permission.
Giggle Wiggle & Grow will manage the agreed set-up and clean-up arrangements. Any damage to equipment, furniture, fixtures or premises may result in repair or replacement charges.
9. Hygiene and Cleanliness
We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all families.
We ask visitors to help us by:
encouraging children to wash or sanitise hands before and after play;
using tissues where needed and disposing of them safely;
reporting any spillages, accidents or hygiene concerns to staff immediately;
keeping food and drink in the café and seating areas only;

10. Behaviour and Conduct
We want Giggle Wiggle & Grow to be a safe, friendly and welcoming space for children, families and staff.
Aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or antisocial behaviour towards staff, children or other visitors will not be tolerated.
This applies to both adults and children.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave the premises if their behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, disrespectful or disruptive.
No refund will be given where a visitor is asked to leave due to unacceptable behaviour or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Any accidental or deliberate damage to our equipment, furniture, fixtures or premises may result in repair or replacement charges.
Management decisions regarding safety, behaviour and conduct are final.
11. Photography and Videos
Visitors are welcome to take photographs or videos of their own children during their visit.
Please avoid photographing or filming other children, families or staff without their permission. Images or videos that include other children should not be shared online without consent from the child’s parent or carer.
Giggle Wiggle & Grow may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. We will only use identifiable images of children where appropriate consent has been obtained.
If you have any concerns about photography or filming during your visit, please speak to a member of staff.
12. Liability
Giggle Wiggle & Grow takes reasonable steps to provide a safe, clean and well-maintained environment. However, children’s play naturally involves movement, activity and some level of risk.
Parents and carers are responsible for supervising the children in their care during public soft play sessions and for making sure children use the equipment safely and appropriately.
Visitors use the play equipment and facilities at their own risk and must follow the play rules, staff instructions and any displayed safety guidance.
Giggle Wiggle & Grow is not responsible for loss, damage or injury caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow the rules, lack of supervision, or the actions of other visitors.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. HAF and Holiday Provision
These Terms & Conditions apply to general soft play, café visits, parties and group bookings.
Where Giggle Wiggle & Grow provides HAF-funded holiday places or other holiday provision, additional terms, parent agreements, eligibility requirements and safeguarding procedures may apply.
