13. CCTV
CCTV may be used at Giggle Wiggle & Grow for safety, security, safeguarding, crime prevention and operational purposes.
Where CCTV is in operation, signs will be displayed.
CCTV will not be used in toilets, changing areas or private areas.
CCTV footage will only be accessed by authorised people and will only be shared where necessary, such as with the police, insurers, safeguarding agencies or legal advisers.
CCTV footage will only be kept for as long as necessary, unless it is needed for an incident, investigation, safeguarding concern, insurance matter or legal reason.

Our EPOS/till system is provided by ePOS Now.
Our online booking system, payment processor and HAF booking/reporting system will be confirmed once the final systems are selected. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe or another provider connected to the booking system.
These providers may process personal information on our behalf. We will aim to use providers that handle personal information securely and appropriately.
Payment card details are usually handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored by Giggle Wiggle & Grow.
